About Designs By Cathy

My name is Cathy Hertler and I am a freelance web and graphic designer. I established  my business "Designs By Cathy" in 2001. I am located in Billerica, Massachusetts and currently serve the surrounding communities. 

As a web and graphic designer, I design & publish brochures, postcards, stationery, flyers, coupons and other miscellaneous items as well as create and maintain small business websites.
